Serving as a Neighbourhood Support Specialist at Bromford presents a chance to enhance the lives of our customers through proactive neighbourhood management. This role involves overseeing a designated area comprising approximately two hundred homes in the Lichfield region.

As a key member of our team, you will focus on maintaining property condition, educating tenants on their obligations, and providing individualised coaching and guidance to vulnerable customers.

This position entails day-to-day tasks such as handling tenancy sign-ups, modifications, addressing antisocial behavior, safeguarding measures, courtroom proceedings, and eviction procedures where required. Your approach should foster strong connections within the community to drive positive change in our customers' lives.

Collaborating closely with our maintenance and leasing teams, you will efficiently allocate vacant properties and manage client expectations regarding maintenance and repairs. It's crucial to escalate any maintenance concerns promptly while maintaining clear communication channels.

To excel in this position, you must genuinely care about people, exhibit resilience, and possess experience managing a diverse and demanding workload. This full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract includes regular remote working options. An enhanced DBS check is also required. We seek a candidate who:
