Role Overview

This Support Worker role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a kind and caring individual who requires support in their daily life. The successful candidate will be based in Kenton, Newcastle upon Tyne and will work 3.5 hours per week or 7 hours fortnightly.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children and knowledge of ASD and Cerebral Palsy. However, we are open to supporting the right applicant with training if needed.

A car driver is essential for this role as you will be required to drive the individual's mobility car. You must be over 25 for insurance purposes.

This role involves supporting the individual in their home and at activities outside the home, building a trusting relationship and taking them to new and fun places.

Please note that this post is subject to a DBS check and references. The successful candidate must also have permission to work in the U.K. at the time of starting employment.

Estimated Salary: £12.40 per hour.
