Job Title: Parcel Packer and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parcel Packer and Customer Service Representative. This role offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as the company evolves.

Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment:
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all packages are labelled correctly and meet our quality standards.
  • Maintain an organised and efficient packing area.
Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, delivery problems, and product questions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and helpful service.
Digital Marketing Support (Preferred):
  • Assist with basic SEO tasks, including keyword research and on-page optimisation.
  • Support the creation and management of Google Merchant Center listings.
  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns and social media management.
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and data entry.
  • Excellent English Language skills
