Job Summary:

Portico is seeking a skilled Parcel Delivery Specialist to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. As a key member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering parcels to our residents in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and register parcels on our system
  • Arrange and store parcels in designated areas
  • Deliver or assist with the delivery of large/heavy packages to apartments
  • Hand over parcels to residents at the concierge desk
  • Release emergency keys according to procedures
  • Conduct meter readings at the request of residents
  • Make reservations for property facilities (Meeting Room, Screening Room, Parking)

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a physical and active role with manual handling
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
