About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated professional to serve as the Cardiff Street Pastor Co-Ordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Street Pastors Initiative in Cardiff, promoting its values, and ensuring its success.


Key Duties:

  1. Manage the rota for Cardiff Street Pastors effectively.

  2. Lead the recruitment, training, and ongoing support of Street Pastors and Night Base volunteers.

  3. Work closely with teams to maintain high standards of patrols.

  4. Monitor compliance with required standards of behaviour.

  5. Perform administrative tasks in line with established procedures.

  6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.


This role is identified as having a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) for a Christian under the Equality Act 2010.
