We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable to join our team in Hersham, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting and processing invoices with precision
  • Performing statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy in accounts
  • Processing expenses using CONCUR software
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Finance-focused with a good understanding of accounts payable processes
  • Experience with SAP is preferred but not essential
  • Proficiency in using CONCUR for expense processing is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

As a Detail-Oriented AP Coordinator at Austin Fraser, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of finance-related tasks, including posting and processing invoices, performing statement reconciliations, and processing expenses. In this role, you will be working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong attention to detail and a good understanding of accounts payable processes.
