As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repair work across various sites.
Responsibilities- Conduct site visits to deliver planned and preventative maintenance
- Perform fault finding and repair work with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Valid UK driver's license
- Multi-skilled M&E experience with a focus on HVAC
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
