Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on flow wrappers, conveyors, packing machines, and other machinery to prevent downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the engineering shift manager to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Fault find both mechanically and electrically, using analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
  • A minimum of HNC/NVQ/C&G in Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent fault-finding skills, both mechanically and electrically, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
