Luxury Packaging Sales Manager | Drive Business Growth

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Packaging Sales Manager to drive new business growth in the Fashion, Retail, Music, Multi-Media, Electronics sectors and more.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales strategy
- Build lasting customer relationships

- Promote new products and services
Requirements:
- Self-sufficient sourcing new clients
- Commercially focused
- Disciplined, organised, and excellent time management
- Solution driven, flexible, and able to multitask
- Committed to joining our company
- 5+ years sales experience in print production and packaging manufacturing
- Proven experience selling to luxury brands
We offer a competitive salary range of £45k-£60k basic + bonus, with remote working considered. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering sales strategy, building lasting customer relationships, and hitting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also be required to promote new products and services, and source new clients in a self-sufficient manner.
Key skills and qualifications include being commercially focused, disciplined, and organised, with excellent time management skills. You should also be solution driven, flexible, and able to multitask, with a commitment to joining our company.
A strong background in sales is essential, particularly in print production and packaging manufacturing. Proven experience selling to luxury brands is also highly desirable.
