Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team in Armagh.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Role:- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to the department regarding administration, finance, processing invoices, and liaison with service users.
- Coordinate the office operations to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using MS Packages such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
- Full training and induction.
- Competitive rate of pay: £52 per hour.
- Accrue holiday hours as you work.
