Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

At Staffline Recruitment (NI) Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support within the accounts department, including preparing, processing, and reviewing financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
  • Analyse account receivables and reconcile bank statements.
  • Monitor and control financial transactions and budgets.
  • Set up new clients on the bookkeeping system.
  • Arrange payments in line with authorisation limits.
  • Prepare and send payment reminders.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in handling numbers and calculations.
  • IT proficiency - Excel.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
