Operational Hotel Duty Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Hotel Operational Duty Manager to join our professional team at the Lydiard Hotel & Conference Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly, providing a first-class experience to all users and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations and supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Oversee guest services, including alcohol license management, function room changeovers, and staff rostering.
- Liaise with colleagues and departments to ensure seamless operations across all disciplines.
- Support the Deputy Property Services Manager in managing health and safety regulations and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with the events team to manage event duties.
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, and customer service industries, with supervision/management experience.
- Fluency in the English language, as required by part 7 of the Immigration Act.
- Ability to work weekend shifts, late nights, and a 5-over-7 shift pattern.
