We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Paramedic to join our team at Winchester Rural South Primary Care Network. As a key member of our Primary Care Network (PCN) anticipatory care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.
In this role, you will work autonomously to provide a holistic approach to patient care, encompassing assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and signposting. You will respond to urgent cases within the practice, manage acute illnesses, and support emergency care as needed.
You will also offer guidance on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications. You will work collaboratively with general practitioners, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and support the smooth functioning of the practice.
Key Requirements- A relevant professional registration with HCPC.
- A BSc or above in Paramedic Science or equivalent degree.
- An MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
Estimated salary: £38,890 - £46,305 per annum.
