About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Crooton. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organisation that prioritises resident well-being and provides a supportive and inclusive work environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team in specific areas, and delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
Requirements- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support
