Job Title: Head Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing a team of junior chefs, ensuring the highest quality of food, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of junior chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our Vietnamese cuisine, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Control stock and ordering, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Head Chef
  • Experience managing a team of junior chefs
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
  • Ability to control stock and ordering
  • Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day
