The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work with mothers and their children who have experienced domestic abuse. The role involves providing support and advocacy to service users, enabling them to achieve their goals and live independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing positive relationships with service users, formulating and implementing support plans, and providing play sessions for children during term times. They will also plan and provide holiday activities and trips, as well as supporting families with issues related to domestic abuse.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including a guaranteed interview scheme for applicants with disabilities. Our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion ensures that all employees feel valued and supported in their roles.

To succeed in this position, you will require strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work with statutory and voluntary partners, and a willingness to travel to various locations.
