Year 2/3 Learning Facilitator

Step Teachers is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Class Teacher to join our client school in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. As a preferred supplier for Teach in Herts, we have established strong relationships with local schools and academies.
The successful candidate will teach a mixed Year 2/3 class and work closely with colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. We seek a qualified teacher with recent experience in a mainstream school setting and a proven track record of delivering engaging lessons.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of all students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective school policies.
- Meet the requirements of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience as a Primary School Teacher.
The salary for this position is between £40,000 and £60,000 per annum, based on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package to support our teachers' career development and overall well-being.
