We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reception Class Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust's Hertfordshire school. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our young students.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters academic excellence. Your expertise in the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum will enable you to design and deliver innovative lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of student progress and engage in effective communication with parents and peers.

To be successful in this position, you should possess a deep understanding of the Reception curriculum and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. A salary of around £28,000 - £38,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role within our school community.
