About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Year 2/3 Class Teacher to join our team in a 2-form entry Primary School in Cheshunt. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students and contributing to a collaborative and supportive school community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the curriculum and be able to create engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of their class. They will also be responsible for maintaining a well-organized classroom environment, collaborating with colleagues, and monitoring student progress.

The school is committed to providing a safe and healthy learning environment where students can reach their full potential. As such, the successful candidate must demonstrate strong classroom management skills and be willing to implement the school's policies and procedures. Experience working with students with SEND would be an advantage.

Salary and Benefits:
Our salary is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including weekly pay processed through PAYE, high street discounts, travel discounts, gym membership discounts, and access to physical and emotional wellbeing services.
