Job Overview

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including management accounts and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to other departments, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage and supervise a small team of accountants, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process and accurate financial reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and best practices, and implement changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial management, including financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, such as a degree in accounting or a professional accounting certification.
