Barback Opportunity at 45 Park Lane

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barback to join our team at 45 Park Lane, a renowned hotel recognized for its exceptional service and commitment to excellence. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, working closely with our bartenders and bar waiters to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the bartender and bar waiters in setting up the bar, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional service to guests.
  • Prepare and serve drinks, garnishes, and other beverages to the highest standards, ensuring a consistently high level of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our drinks menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service, manage cash handling, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
