Din Tai Fung UK - Covent Garden, London Selfridges & Tottenham Court Road is seeking a skilled Barback to join our team. As a Barback, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of drink preparation and presentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prepared drinks from the bar to seated guests promptly
• Maintain high standards of drink quality and presentation
• Ensure the correct sequence of SOP is followed when presenting drinks to guests
• Provide insightful answers to guests regarding queries about our food and beverage offering
• Communicate guest needs to colleagues and managers working as part of the FOH team

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Flexible availability to work a variety of weekday and weekend shifts, including bank holidays
• Ability to remain composed in the face of challenges
• Professional manner and politeness with guests
• Basic proficiency in English language
• Ability to walk and stand for periods of long duration, taking on physical tasks that include holding trays with a heavy load, moving and organizing items, and moving items to the correct location
