Job Title: Barback

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Barback to join our team at Bulgari Hotel London. As a Barback, you will be responsible for ensuring that our bartenders and waiters have everything they need to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the bar area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Restock and replenish supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and mixers.
  • Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service, including pouring drinks and garnishing cocktails.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation, with a passion for delivering exceptional drinks and service.
