Demolition End Point Assessor

NOCN Group is seeking a freelance End Point Assessor with expertise in the Construction sector to conduct End Point Assessments for the Demolition Operative apprenticeship Standard.
Location: Remote, with travel to sites required
Hours: Worker Contract, Freelance
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in roles such as Demolition Supervisor, Demolition Topman & Demolition Manager and must possess current practical and remote demolition experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting End Point Assessments independently, ensuring they meet NOCN's quality assurance standards
- Completing assessments in accordance with the prescribed assessment instruments as defined within the End Point Assessment plan
Requirements:
- Independence from the apprentice, their employer and training provider(s) to avoid conflicts of interest
- Comprehensive experience of Demolition, with at least three years of experience in the sector at Demolition Supervisor/Topman/Manager level
- Experience with remote and practical demolition
