Job Summary:
NOCN Group is seeking a freelance End Point Assessor with expertise in the Construction sector to conduct End Point Assessments for the Demolition Operative apprenticeship Standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct End Point Assessments independently, ensuring they meet NOCN's quality assurance standards.
- Complete assessments in accordance with the prescribed assessment instruments as defined within the End Point Assessment plan.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive experience of Demolition, with a minimum of three years in the sector at Demolition Supervisor/Topman/Manager level.
- Experience with remote and practical demolition.
- Ability to maintain independence from the apprentice, employer, and training provider(s), with no conflict of interest.
