NOCN Group is seeking a skilled Freelance End Point Assessor to carry out End Point Assessments for the Demolition Operative apprenticeship Standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out End Point Assessments independently, ensuring they meet NOCN's quality assurance standards.
- Adhere to GDPR practices and ensure all data is secure.
- Remain independent of the apprentice, their employer, and training provider(s) to avoid any conflict of interest.
- Have comprehensive experience in Demolition, with at least three years of experience in roles such as Demolition Supervisor, Demolition Topman, or Demolition Manager.
- Be experienced in remote and practical demolition.
- No requirement for Demolition Operatives to hold or be working towards an Assessor qualification such as the CAVA (Certificate of Assessing Vocational Achievement).
