Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Electrical Estimator to join our team. As a Junior Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality estimates and tenders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Estimator and Senior Electrical Estimator to ensure the successful delivery of estimates and tenders.
  • Evaluate tender enquiry documentation to ensure all relevant information has been provided.
  • Review tender information and outline the scope of the project to ensure accurate tendering.
  • Maintain good working relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships.
  • Attend Pre-Construction meetings with the Operations and Project Management team when bids are successful.
  • Request asset values from our IDNO partners and ensure accurate take offs are recorded.
  • Keep internal tendering trackers up to date.
  • Check client feedback from tenders and set up new projects on our Sharepoint.

Requirements

  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Diplomatic and helpful attitude to all manner of challenges and problem solving.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated individual who is looking to develop their skills and progress their career within the industry.
  • Electrical/Engineering/Construction/Project Management qualifications would be advantageous.
