Electrical Estimator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team at Utility Line. As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality estimates and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate tender enquiry documentation and ensure all relevant information has been provided.
  • Review tender information and outline scope for accurate tendering.
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients and develop new relationships.
  • Attend Pre-Construction meetings with the Operations and Project Management team.
  • Request asset values from IDNO partners and measure designs using PDF or Google Maps.
  • Ensure internal tendering trackers are up to date and check client feedback.
  • Set up new projects on our Sharepoint platform.
Requirements:
  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Diplomatic and helpful attitude to challenges and problem-solving.
  • Team player with excellent organisational skills.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated individual with Electrical/Engineering/Construction/Project Management qualifications advantageous.
