About the Role

The Door Host/ess is a key member of our Guest Service Operations team, responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests upon arrival and departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear communication with front desk staff, bellhops, and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Welcome guests with a friendly and hospitable greeting, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
  • Open doors for guests as they enter and exit the building, providing a courteous and efficient experience.
  • Assist in managing vehicular and pedestrian traffic at the entrance to ensure safety and order.
  • Regularly inspect the entrance area to ensure it is clean, presentable, and free of hazards.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
