We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide individualized support to a child with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a 'GOOD' Primary School in the FY6 area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to the child, promoting growth academically and personally.
  • Work closely with teachers and agencies to develop and implement EHCPs and provision maps.
  • Implement behaviour management techniques when necessary.
  • Undergo and utilize specific training to enhance skills.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or higher qualification.
  • Experience in a Primary setting.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs is preferred.
