We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our EYFS team at a Primary School in the Poulton-le-Fylde area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an education setting and a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum. They will be able to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and children, and provide support across the EYFS.

Responsibilities may include delivering small group activities in phonics, teacher support, and interventions where necessary. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting children's development, have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work in a 'GOOD' Primary School.
