\\We're seeking an experienced SEN and SEMH tutor to join our team. As a SEN tutor, you'll work closely with students with ASD, ADHD, PDA, SEMH, or PMLD, providing face-to-face support at their homes or local centres. You'll develop strategies to raise pupils' confidence, manage challenging behaviour, and plan engaging lessons that cater to each student's unique needs.

- Provide individualised support to students with Special Education Needs.\\
- Deliver lessons and resources tailored to each student's needs.\\
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pupil outcomes.\\
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.\\
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless support.\\
