Nurturing Children Practitioner

We are seeking a caring and experienced Nurturing Children Practitioner to join our specialist provision in Worcester.

Location: Worcester

Hours: 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 39 weeks plus 5 days

Salary: £13,992 to £15,007 per annum

The successful candidate will have a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care, or equivalent, and have experience working with children with special needs. They will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education for young children with special needs, and for contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Nurturing Children Practitioner to work with a team of professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and education for young children with special needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and be committed to delivering outstanding educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide high-quality care and education for young children with special needs
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children
  • To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and support for children and families

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care, or equivalent, and have experience working with children with special needs. The ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues is essential. A full driving license and access to a vehicle may be required.
