About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at KFM. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of HR and Director of Business Services in developing and delivering our HR strategies aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Advisory Services: Provide high-quality advice and support to line managers and staff on complex HR issues, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent development.
  • Employee Relations Management: Manage employee relations case work and ensure satisfactory resolutions, including disciplinary actions and policy implementation.
  • Workforce Planning and Development: Lead on workforce change, including TUPE transfers and organisational development initiatives, and develop and deliver training programs in line with our strategy.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process and work closely with the Recruitment and Onboarding Partner to ensure a seamless and high-quality service.
  • HR Service Delivery: Deliver monthly HR KPI reports and support directorates in improving performance, and provide expert advice on complex employee relations and policy implementation.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who possesses a strong knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and good practice. You will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
