Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of new direct individual client accounts to achieve individual, team, and global targets within the direct channel for individual business.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong sales and pipeline management experience
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to identify leads and opportunities, prioritize them, and achieve sales targets
  • Customer follow-up and lead actioning within agreed SLAs
  • Liaising with underwriting and sales support regarding missing or further information requested to complete the application process
  • Negotiation in conflict situations to achieve a win-win outcome
  • Solving problems and proactively establishing client satisfaction
  • Continual training and education to keep pace with product modifications, industry trends and changes, and sales knowledge
  • Fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for the client
