We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Delivery Specialist to join our team at Peregrine. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a portfolio of clients, including the Home Office, and contribute to their transformation journeys.

The Data Strategy, Capability and Oversight Team (DSCO) is responsible for setting the direction for data strategy, including the future operating model. Our teams deliver critical functions, such as obtaining and quality assuring data from external partners, ensuring legal compliance, and maturing data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Portfolio Managers in planning, milestones, dependencies, risk, and issues
  • Coordinate reporting from projects and analyze performance
  • Maintain portfolio delivery maps and critical paths to monitor project progress
  • Recognize and track interdependencies across projects
  • Identify and monitor portfolio risks (threats and opportunities)
Requirements

We are looking for someone with proven experience working in a programme or portfolio environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in an environment of ambiguity and change. You should be self-motivated, flexible, organized, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
