About the Role

We are seeking an Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Towergate West Midlands. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as the first point of contact, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a designated client portfolio, providing expert advice and guidance on insurance-related matters.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, ensuring clients receive a high-quality experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the Insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, coordinating efforts to achieve common goals.
