Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Building strong relationships with students, understanding their needs and goals
* Collaborating with the team to create tailored programs and strategies to support student success
* Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to diverse needs
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs or similar
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with students and colleagues
* Willingness to adapt and innovate in a dynamic educational setting
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £28,500 - £31,500 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
