About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in supporting students with special educational needs. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in ensuring every student feels supported and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide individualized support to students, including those with special educational needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and participation.
  • Assist in the creation of learning materials and resources to support student learning.
  • Support teachers in behaviour management and maintain a respectful classroom atmosphere.
  • Contribute to the tracking and assessment of student progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within an educational setting.
  • A passion for education and supporting students' academic and personal development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards challenges.
