About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Xealthcare Recruitment on a permanent, full-time contract to cover day shifts in Mansfield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of healthcare assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Oversee daily operations, coordinate care plans, and serve as a point of contact for residents and their families.
  • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record residents' vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in a care setting or similar role.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in elderly individuals' well-being.
