About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and recruiting top talent, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships
  • Business to business outbound sales calls and working to targets
  • Travelling to visit clients for meetings so you will need to be a driver and have access to your own car
  • Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
  • Managing existing Accounts and relationships
  • Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems

  • Salary basic up to 28k basic + uncapped bonus
  • Hybrid working- 2 days from the Newbury office and 3 days working from home
