You will work closely with the store team to maximize store profitability by exceeding sales targets and utilizing in-store devices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet all customers in a warm and genuine manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
* Utilize in-store devices to offer customers the full product range, providing alternatives and add-on sales at every opportunity.
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring that the shop floor is clean and presentable at all times.
* Replenish stock levels when needed, making sure the full size range is on the shop floor where possible.
* Ensure that product is priced correctly and keep all displays up to date.

Requirements:

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Confident and outgoing, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Effective selling skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Flexibility, with the ability to work weekends and adapt to changing store requirements.
