About the Role

As a Project Manager at Celeros Flow Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects within the company's contract specifications. Your primary objective will be to implement an overall project strategy that aligns with client objectives while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent commercial and contractual skills, as well as a solid understanding of the project lifecycle. Operational experience in project management is also essential, along with the ability to manage clients, partners, subcontractors, people, and teams effectively.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the order handover from the Commercial function, facilitating Kick Off meetings to ensure functions have the best start to enable project on time delivery
  2. Define the 'As Sold' plan for the organisation and outline the baseline delivery plan
  3. Review and approve cost budgets
  4. Direct the work within the project organisation to fulfill contractual obligations
  5. Establish a cost-conscious attitude amongst the project participants
  6. Inform the project participants regularly about the work, schedule, and achievements
  7. Review and approve project milestone dates
  8. Performance and compliance monitoring
  9. Manage the Risk & Change processes ensuring functions assume ownership where necessary
  10. Report to Project Owner on all critical and important items
  11. Ensure the Project is closed out effectively, finalizing all commercial aspects, facilitating a lesson learned session, collating and circulating feedback where required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Good knowledge and competence within Project Management
  • Excellent commercial and good contractual skills
  • Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle

In addition, operational experience within Project Management, experience in managing clients, partners, subcontractors, people, and teams, are highly desirable.

Working Conditions

You will be working in an open-planned office or individual office environment, exposed to moderate noise levels. Occasional travel may be required, which may involve sitting for extended periods in cars or planes.
