Construction Management Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a Construction Management Leader to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering projects, commissions, and professional assignments while maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the project lead in managing the design and construction phases of multi-sited projects.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders from client and customer teams, including property services, designers, contractors, FM, building management, and security consultants.
  • Deliver projects, commissions, and professional assignments.
  • Assume a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player.
  • Maintain effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects.
  • Assist with commercial management services.
  • Deliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide support to the team leader/service leaders in cost management of projects.
  • Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner, meeting, negotiating, and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
