Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Director to join our team at WSS Partners, a leading global Real Estate Investment Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the strategic management of our UK and pan-European Asset Management team, based in Central London.

This position will report directly to the Head of pan-European Portfolio Management and be responsible for the strategic management of our UK Business Park and Logistics portfolio. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in implementing asset strategies to optimize investment performance and return.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to drive new lease negotiations and maximize portfolio value.
  • Integrate newly acquired properties into the portfolio, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Manage capital expenditure and refurbishment budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Monitor and analyze asset performance using financial modeling, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to the board, highlighting key trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize numerical skills to produce detailed analysis on tenancy schedules, valuations, and Net Property Income.
  • Coordinate risk management and implement Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies at the asset level.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Real Estate or Economics (or equivalent).
  • Proven commercial asset/portfolio management experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Financially literate, with the ability to build complex financial models and interpret budgets, business plans, and valuations.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to drive deals and agreements.
