Deputy Service Manager

At Voyage Care Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Service Manager to play a pivotal role in team leadership and care management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, and manage a team of colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, with experience in a care management role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care. They should also be able to work effectively with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.

We offer a competitive salary of £15.20 per hour, along with a range of benefits including:
