Senior Culinary Expert

Senior Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chef to join our team at Creative Gardens. As a Senior Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our homemade quality breakfast and lunch menus, including soups, snacks, and bakery products.
Main duties will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers
- Managing kitchen staff and ensuring a smooth and efficient service
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Assisting with menu planning and development
Essential criteria for the role include:
- Previous experience as a Senior Chef or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of environmental health procedures and HACCP
Desirable criteria include:
- Hold an up-to-date food hygiene certificate
- Hold a relevant catering or cooking qualification or certificate
