Senior Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Senior Chef to join our team at Creative Gardens. As a Senior Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our homemade quality breakfast and lunch menus, including soups, snacks, and bakery products.
Main duties will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers
- Managing kitchen operations and staff
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Working collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve our goals
Essential criteria for this role include:
- Proven experience as a Senior Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Knowledge of environmental health procedures, HACCP, and written records
Desirable criteria include:
- Hold an up-to-date food hygiene certificate
- Hold a relevant catering or cooking qualification or certificate
