Senior Chef Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chef to join our team at Creative Gardens. As a Senior Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve our homemade quality breakfast and lunch menus, including soups, snacks, and bakery products.
  • Manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to HACCP and environmental health procedures.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the kitchen team.
  • Good knowledge of environmental health procedures, HACCP, and written records.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the demands of our business.
