Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Creative Gardens. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our high-quality breakfast and lunch menus.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of chefs in the preparation and presentation of our menu items
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Collaborate with our cafe team to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Ability to train and develop junior staff members
